Net Author, Inc. is organized under the U. S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) for the purpose of providing education and support to writers, editors, and publishers in the field of literary arts. We are a publicly supported organization and all contributions are tax deductable as specified by IRC section 1.170 and subject to IRC section 6115. Net Author is required to provide substantiation documents and disclose donations made to this organization in excess of $250.00. Net Author is required to provide substantiation documents for any donation in excess of $75.00 made (italics)quid pro quo(end italics), that is, donations made in return for goods or services.
